For new members of Capital Realty, please find the appropriate form on your local associations website to transfer your broker affiliation with your association and/or MLS. Print out, complete and sign the appropriate "transfer form" and then fax it to (760)690-3852 for Capital Realty's authorized signature (you do not need terminating broker's signature). Capital Realty will then fax the form to your association in order to transfer your broker affiliation on their records.
PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU PUT YOUR OWN ADDRESS AS YOUR OFFICE ADDRESS SO THAT YOUR MAIL, BILLS, ETC. ARE NOT SENT TO CAPITAL REALTY'S OFFICE, BUT DIRECTLY TO YOU.
