Start-Up Fees
There is absolutely no out of pocket expense to join Capital Realty.
Your Commission
You keep 90% to 97% of your commission on each transaction you close, depending on your Independent Contractor Agreement. (see examples below)
E&O Insurance
You pay only $140 per transaction for E&O Insurance.
Other Fees
There are absolutely no other fees. None. Period.
Commission Examples (based on 95/5% split)
